Well, people are very aware of the hazards of fire. Women are even instructed to shout 'fire' instead of 'rape' if they are being attacked. Really, for best overall effect, fire is the way to go.

Unless you mean notice as in getting them to speak to you. In which case an audible connection on mutual interest is the standard means.

Generally they tend to notice you when you're actually speaking to them. You might want to try that instead of this anonymous nonsense.
