Then he's a clueless twit and/or not interested in being friends. Some people just don't get along, and you can't be everyone's friend, so stick to people who do appreciate you and stop wasting time on him.

Hang out with your other friends and don't have anything to do with him. Crushes don't stick around for long and they go faster when you're with the right group of friends.

I guess that would be the best way. I had a crush on him for a while now but I hope that this might just be a phase I'm going through.

It probably is. We're at that age after all. Falling in and out of love seems to be very much a teen thing. Only problem is that they don't tell you that rainbows, sunshine and happy ever afters are really uncommon.
