Alright, kids! That's enough, period's over. Oi. OI! [ A sigh, and Lestrade points his wand to his throat: ]
Next person to yell out a spell, aim it at me and let's see what happens to ya.
[ That did it. The class fell silent. After he returned his voice to normal, Lestrade stood in front of his desk with his arms crossed and leveled the classroom with a stern look. Lestrade was a law enforcer for Merlin's sake, and his own girls had graduated from Hogwarts just a couple of years ago. Teenagers and education were honestly not his division, yet there he was. ]
Look, I appreciate your enthusiasm. Good job, all of you -- and c'mon now, don't give me that look, I'm being perfectly sincere. Defense of the Dark Arts is some serious stuff, but I've a date with some lunch and I'm sure you lot do, too. I'll be here for about -- ten more minutes max, if you've any questions, but other than that?
Class dismissed.
