Does anyone ever feel like going to school here is just one big life lesson over how love and friendship conquer all? Or is that just me?

If it's just me then that's okay; I'm pretty used to it.

Aren't careers just a way for "the man" to make sure everyone stays in line? Besides, this is a school with a bunch of teenagers. They're all about the warm feelings.

[meltdowns]

No they'e very important, to make sure society runs as it should Abed. And as for that. Well perhaps we should all be a little less of that. It's going to cause problems eventually.

But there's no sense of fulfillment. Everyone in the movies or TV always seems so unsatisfied with the job they got saddled with and it causes a lot of stress and drama for them and their families. I don't want one a career like they do, I want to make movies.

[meltdowns]

Well that's why it's important to study hard and get excellent OWL's and NEWTs so that you can go into a career that we really want to be in so we're not unhappy and then end up becoming drunks and end up living in the gutter till we die at the age of 30.

...Besides Abed... wizards really don't have movies. The technology doesn't work well with magic.

It feels an awful lot like you're projecting your fears on me, which is okay. A lot of people do that, but I don't think you have to worry about any of that happening to you.

Someone should probably fix that. Can you imagine what you could do with magic while making a movie? They already have moving photographs so film shouldn't be too hard.

I. I'm not doing that. And even if I was, it's important for you to know what could happen too. Some needs to remind you that you need to worry too.

The photos move after they're developed. You've seen the camera they need to use to take them, they're really quite old considering how much muggle technology has advanced.
