It's almost Halloween again isn't it? I think I'm going to write home for some traditional Addams decorations this year.

Would anyone like to help me put them up? If I can't go swamp hunting, or into the forest,  then I should at least get to decorate a little. It's my second favorite thing to do out of everything at home.

Just the usual around my home. Arcomantula webs, floating eyes, fire breathing bats, tombstones. Things like that. I want a few skeletons, but it might be hard to have those sent to me.

If we keep it simple anyway.

But family traditions are important! Maybe we can make skeletons on our own?

I could get banshee mats instead. They scream like real banshees when you step on them.


It's tradition to dig up real ones for Halloween, but there are no graveyards here. I guess I can settle for making one.

Of course. Every year we get to dig up whoever we want from the Addams graveyard. First one to find an unmarked grave gets extra dessert at dinner. It's tradition.


You don't have something like that?

So what kind of traditions do you have then?

Honestly, we don't do much decorating or celebrating for Halloween.

I feel sorry for you then. Halloween is one of the more festive times of year at home. I can't help but find it strange to not go to a family party.

I'd invite you to go to one, if I could go myself. They're a scream.
