Excuse me. I know I'm new here so this might be kind of a silly question, but is it normal to have multicoloured boils all over your hands right after herbology?


And if it isn't, would someone be kind enough to direct me to the hospital wing?

But I think I'll be heading to the hospital wing right away, since you think it's a good idea. Could you tell me where it is?

That's what I thought, but I also thought that moving staircases are abnormal, but nobody seems to mind those.

Magical and abnormal are not quite the same thing, although your boils may be both.

You're probably right about the boils, but how can you tell what's abnormal and what's just magical?

Repeated testing, of course. In this case a look around at your fellow pupils would have sufficed.

As for the staircases, whoever made them presumably intended them to be abnormal.

I didn't think the gloves were manditory. Nobody said anything about boils.

there not. its just comon sense. even if there weren't boils, you could get splinters, bit by bugs in the dirt, or rip off a nail.
