Back again in this appallingly dull school. Did I miss anything? Perhaps I shouldn't bother asking--figuring it out will be the highlight of my afternoon.

Well since the entire House hasn't died from the fumes it's safe to say that you're storing it properly. I think they'll know how to do it. Potions is like Chemistry so the Potions Master will be able to get rid of it.

Similar in many ways, yes, but not the same. It's a pity there aren't classes for muggle sciences. They only have the curriculum to blame if I have to turn my bed into a makeshift lab. A couldron alone simply will not do.
