So, I definitely caught Grammy with a copy of Beedle the Bard today. I have no idea how she got it, but hey. Grammy's pretty cool like that. Also sneaky.  Which is why I can never get away with not cleaning my room.

Anyway, I thought it was pretty cute that she's into those wizarding stories, since she loves telling me all the muggle tall tales.

What kinda tales do Muggles have anyway? I mean I have Muggle friends but it's not like we talk about that kind of stuff.

Oh, well, like... A lot of them are about stuff we know about in the wizarding wold, like faeries. Grammy likes tales from all over, too, so I know they have the Kappa in Japan and Bigfoot in the States.

Huh. I knew that Muggles considered creatures from our world to be tales, but I didn't know they were pretty much the same thing.

Yeah, it's kinda weird. Like, it makes you wonder if maybe muggles and wizards were more connected once.

Who knows? It was probably a long time ago so nobody remembers. We're only really told the basics of wizard history and not a whole lot about Muggle history, if at all. Like I know the First Wizarding War happened around the same time as a Muggle war but that was probably coincidental.

Oh, yeah, probably. I mean more during the times nobody remembers.

It's kind of weird not learning muggle history, actually, since I was learning it until Hogwarts.

That's cool. I mean I'm Pureblood but I hang out with Muggles, so I get a few things.

I am glad to hear that. It would kind of suck if we couldn't talk because of all the blood stuff.

I'd talk to you anyway. Who really gives a damn about being Pureblood or whatever? It's a load of political crap anyway.
