Rude, Rude, Rude! Where's your enthusiasm?! How can you not be bursting at the seams with energy, ready to BURST with all the pent-up frustration that comes with knowing that you will be fighting, but that you aren't fighting this very second!

It's so... it's so... so so so what is the word I'm looking for?! It starts with an 'r' and means exhibiting unkind behavior or otherwise being scornful! What is it what is it what is it GOD it's on the tip of my tongue!

[Rude contains a sigh on his side of the journal as Graham's words start pouring in. He's half-tempted to ignore the reply, but Graham is the best sparing partner in Hogwarts for him; the others were there to fight, but Graham was there to injure and maim. It kept Rude on his toes and his skills sharp.

Besides, it would be impolite.]

Let me check my calendar. You know I'm a busy man, keeping track of my many high-priority class assignments and charity work and certainly not the type to just carve the word FIGHT aaaaalllll the way down the Saturday column with my white-knuckled hand grasping my quill.

[If this was a face-to-face conversation, Rude would be hard-pressed to contain the eye-rolling. BUT as this is a journal conversation and the two of nowhere near each other AND he's technically not on duty...he indulges himself just this once, because really Graham that was totally unnecessary.]
