Y'know, it's a real shame when a teacher doesn't give you the benefit of the doubt anymore. Frankly I think it's rude passing blame without a second glance, not believing that it was an accident. Accidents happen! Just look at half of these sorry faces in this damned place, prime examples of that right there.

The crime here is forcing an innocent poor kid like myself to clean these fucking bedpans without magic, or a gas mask. All for what? I didn't know that charm was gonna make whatsherface's skirt flip, I was just going to fix... a loose thread. Getting a look up her skirt was just an added effect, kinda like a 'thank you' from her to me for my charitable nature.

Still a stupid fucking punishment regardless! We'll just ignore the food fight I started yesterday, and that kid I made cry by turning his hair purple...

I don't think I would necessarily call that punishment a crime. In fact, considering how manny things you can learn from studying bedpans, I can think of a number of punishments that would be a lot worse.
