IC Prospective: Rose Lalonde
Character: Rose Lalonde
Mun: Aaron
Plot specific: N
Well, well. It seems like only yesterday that we were piling into the Great Hall, on our way to the beginning of yet another Hogwarts year. I'll save the sentimentality and spare you the deep, profound longings of the students' subconscious to remain here amidst the chocolate frogs and gillyweed. I'd be joking if I said that anyone actually read that, so I'll cut to the chase and save you the embarrassment of drooling in slumber over my journal writing.
To be frank, I realized about a day ago as I was packing for home that I'm missing quite a few of my valued books from my trunk. If I lent one to you, I do expect for them to be returned to me in an orderly fashion. If you know the whereabouts of these tomes, let me know. I'd hate to have to perform an accio charm and watch as my beloved books trail across the grounds from the Quidditch Pitch.

You know, I might need some assistance. I've checked everywhere in my dormitory to no avail.

I'd be happy to help!

I'd like to start in the Great Hall, if you don't mind meeting me there.

I can do that, sure.

I'll be there in five minutes.

[ Staring at that compliment, refusing to accept it as sincere. What are you trying to pull? ]

[They don't make 'em much more sincere than Rapunzel.]

I think I might have seen John reading one at breakfast.
