Well, the leader's got some responsibility for the team of course. Planning training sessions, encouraging the players, thinking up strategies, discussing tactics...they've definitely got a lot on their plate. But at the end of the day once they've done all that, there's not much else they can do. It's up to each individual player by then. It's not like Dunbroch could've forced Nitram to stop dropping the ball everytime it flew at him.
