so anyvways, howv many of you are actually interested in our non-magical counterparts? you knowv vwho i mean. the muggles.

you could almost say theyre pretty relatable.
at least i think so. plus their music isnt half bad either.

Well a lot of us are muggle8orn, or half8lood so of course, many of us relate to our non-magical relatives, or have learnt more a8out the muggle world than many pure8loods would have.
I'm quite fond of the Beatles though.

One would assume you aren't the only one interested, given that there's a class based entirely around the study of them. Though I suspect a great deal of muggleborns take it for no good reason.

Muggles are just as human as you or I. I fail to see why there's much need to be that interested in them. They're not that different, technology aside.

I like a lot of muggle music and their science fields are well fun. So I can totally see how you can relate. I mean I can't see how it would be weird to relate to someone else in general though...

I wouldn't compare myself to a kitten, to 8e entirely truthful. 8ut I understand the reference. And even if you feel they're overrated the 8eatles will always have a strong standing in musical history and have served as the inspiration for many other musical acts.
Oh, are you taking Muggle Studies? The teacher does occasionally get some things wrong, 8ut he's also from a pure8lood 8ackground I 8elieve, so it's to 8e expected. Either way the class is always interesting, and there are usually a few muggle8orn or half8lood students who take it, either 8ecause they feel it will 8e an easy grade, or in my case 8ecause they're interested in the wizarding perspective of the muggle world.

Interesting from an educational standing, perhaps. Mundane certainly sums them up. Their lives are so terribly simplistic you'd be overwhelmingly bored by them in an instant, I'm sure.

Besides, it's not as if you've any reason to live among them when you have everything you need in the wizarding world.

As for favorites; AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, The Who, Judas Priest. Any and all rock or heavy metal, really. Anything you can make an entrance with.

Except a lot of the muggleborn and half bloods don't. Its generally the pure bloods that write them off. They are people just like you and me, not some strange uncivilized alien race.

You should test it. Go for at least a week without using any sort of magic at all.
